In the first sentence, "Avant que tu ne sois née, je ne pensais pas....why the imparfait? To me that is a fact started and ended in the past.
Words missing in audio portion
I used "transporter", not emmener. Would that be appropriate?
why is pastèque not in plural
Please send a response for me to Marnie's question as I had the same usage and for the same reason...
In both cases when mentioning the day of the week, they used an article, but the lesson states that when speaking of a specific day, one does not use
Did the taxi driver stay at the hotel with them? I thought amener meant to take someone someplace and leave them there whereas emmener meant to stay
