Adjectives / adverbs?
Do I understand correctly that meilleur et plus mauvais/pire are adjectives and that mieux and plus mal are adverbs? (If so, a "Note for grammar nerds" might be worth adding.)
This question relates to:French lesson "Meilleur, mieux, pire / plus mauvais, plus mal = better, best, worse and worst in French (irregular comparatives and superlatives)"

Aurélie I agree with Almut, I think this would be easier to understand if you were to explain which are adverbs and which are adjectives - this is level B1 - people should know the difference between adjectives and adverbs at B1. Thanks Paul.

C'est le garçon le meilleur de la classe? (is that true?)
