Nobody actually uses `ne` in ne...pas, ne...que, ne...personne, etc. in regular speech. It is strange to have both ne...pas and ...pas as possible answers yet only mark ne...pas as correct, especially given that these example sentences are all in a colloquial register. I think it would make more sense to simply remove ...pas as an option if you wish to reinforce the ne...pas pattern for writing, but really they should both be accepted.
Dropping "ne" in ne...pas/que/personne/etc should be accepted
