Two years ago, I bought an electric car and I've never regretted my choice. I wanted to pollute less to protect the environment, but I discovered other advantages. It is less noisy than normal cars and electricity is cheaper than petrol [US: gas]. But there are also some disadvantages. The battery needs a lot of time to recharge completely, and you can't travel very far.
