Yesterday, I visited my aunt Caroline and we made her famous apple tart. She started with her pastry: she mixed some flour, (some) water and (some) butter, and she kneaded the dough in a bowl. I washed the apples, and I used a knife to slice them. Caroline put the pastry in the dish, she spread some apple compote, and I placed the apple slices there. And the last touch? A pinch of cinnamon!
