You'll never guess what happened to me last night! Mathieu had been promoted earlier in the week so we'd decided to meet up after work to celebrate (this). He took me to a trendy city centre [US: downtown] bar, where we stayed until two in the morning! You can imagine the state I was in! After trying in vain to unlock a car - which I was clearly not the owner of - I had to resign myself to calling a taxi. After the driver dropped me at the door of my building, or should I say, after he pushed me out of his vehicle, I managed, not without difficulty, to stagger up to the door, where I suddenly realised that, in my advanced state of intoxication, I'd completely forgotten my entrance code! And rather than waking up a neighbour in the middle of the night, I elected to spend the rest of the night in Mrs Maron's bushes!

Getting that for you now...
