During my third year at uni, I'd had the opportunity to spend a semester in Paris. As a young British student, I'd never lived abroad, so I was both nervous and incredibly impatient to go there! I didn't know what to expect, but I'd never have imagined how much it would change me. When I wasn't studying in the beautiful amphitheatres of the Sorbonne university, I would go and explore the city with my new international friends. Together, we had visited all the main Parisian monuments of course, but we'd also embraced the French way of life by spending all our pocket money in cafes and bars! I'll never forget the extraordinary experiences that I lived during those six months.

Getting that for you now...
