I recommend that you have a dental implant put in place. - Oh I see! I did suspect (that) something was wrong, but I hadn't realised (that) it could be that serious. What would happen if I didn't have the surgery? - If you chose not to have it, the bone in your jaw would get weaker and we would need to replace even more teeth later. - I need you to reassure me a little bit, Doctor. - I can assure you that I've done it hundreds of times. I will simply insert a titanium screw into the jawbone along with a dental crown. And although it is an expensive surgery, we should schedule it as soon as possible. - I trust you Doctor.
