- Hello Victor! I had a fantastic weekend. - Really Anna! What did you do ? - On Saturday, I visited a local cheese factory which produces (some) delicious goat cheese. The farm is small and very traditional but the cheesemaker manages to make three different types of cheese. - How does he make them? - First, he collects his goats' milk which he heats up in a massive vat with a starter culture. Then, he pours this mixture into small moulds. - Did you taste his cheeses? - Of course! I even bought several (of them).
