I'm having my friends for dinner tonight. I chose to prepare a Spanish meal, because I knew that they would like that. I went online to find tapas recipes. The ham croquettes were easy to make, but I struggled more with the tortilla. I had to make it again! But the real disaster happened when I made the paella! First, I put too much saffron in the rice which turned bright yellow! Then, I added the seafood too late: as a result, it was still raw! That's when I admitted defeat and ordered pizzas. And next time, I'll pick a recipe that I know how to make!

Getting that for you now...
