Dear diary, last week, I moved to Lyon. I don't know anyone in this town but I'm determined to meet new people. I'll leave a message on Facebook for my friends tonight. Maybe they will know someone here who will then be able to introduce me to other people. And I'll start my new job next Monday, where hopefully, I'll meet nice colleagues. I must also join a yoga class, and I'd love to learn how to cook. It shouldn't be too hard to make new friends, after all, who could resist me?

I'll be right with you...
