I just went on the worst vacation of my life! Yet, the brochure was promising: room with a view, pool, breakfast included ... We were not expecting that. The nightmare started at the reception desk where we learned that the room we'd reserved was no longer available. They'd exchanged it for a much smaller room with an incredible view of ... the opposite wall! The pool was tiny, which the picture in the brochure hid well, and the icy wind prevented us from taking advantage of it. Breakfast consisted of a dry croissant and instant coffee ... We came home three days earlier than planned, promising ourselves to pay more attention next time.
