/d/ vs /t/ is misleading in one phrase

Question

The /d/ in "quand on aura" isn't voiced as it should be, so it sounds like a /t/. I couldn't figure it out because it sounded like 'quan t'en aura" which is nonsense. I think that needs to be re-rcorded so the /d/ is voiced as it should be. It has a distinct un-voiced plosive sound which is misleading.

Though slower than natural French speech which makes some of the dictation a bit exaggerated, the way you heard the phrase is correct and as it should be pronounced. 
This is a liaison - the d at the end of ‘ quand ‘ is never pronounced, except in a liaison, when it is pronounced/sounds like a ‘ t ‘, and as for all ‘ liaison sounds ‘ is transferred to the commencement of the following word (“ enchaînement “,  which is not limited to liaisons ).
