I have only ever heard: je lui parle.
But, of course, it is je pense à toi and never je te pense.
My current French teacher agrees with Ann, that with parler à it is always je parle à toi; je parle à lui; je parle à nous, etc. Is this an example of something that will disappear over time and that popular usage will do away with? (je te parle, le lui parle, etc)
