Both "imprimer sur l'imprimante" and "imprimer avec l'imprimante" are correct but there is a subtle difference between the two. 

 

"Sur" is used for expressing that one is working on a machine, for example:

 "Je scanne des photos sur l'imprimante du bureau."

 "Aujourd'hui je travaille sur l'ordinateur."

 

 "Avec" conveys the idea that you are using the device as a tool, for example:

 "J'imprime des étiquettes avec mon imprimante."

 "Je crée des documents avec l'ordinateur."
