Liaison in "tu es attendu un bruit.."?

Liaison in "tu es attendu un bruit.."?

I assume this is an optional liaison? I notice on the verbal pronunciation there is no liaison, but there is on the sentence "nous avons entendu..."

I'm surprised it's not a required liaison actually, as it seems like it would fall into that category based on my intermediate level french knowledge.
