Why is there no listening in this listening excercise? I feel like you people need to fix this

it is categorised as a reading exercise. As noted in the link below, most but not all reading exercises come with an audio file. 
Whether this one should or could is another matter, but as a reading exercise, it is not guaranteed that an audio file will always accompany the materiel.
