No, the apostrophe isn’t used this way in French. However in this case the registered company name is ‘ McDonald’s ’, even in France. Therefore ‘ chez McDonald’s ‘ or ‘ de McDonald’s ‘, when using its registered name.

For what it's worth, MacDonald's is most often referred to as Macdo in everyday French.
