When do I use "ne...que" and when do I use "ne...plus que"?
On attend seulement que Maman nous rejoigne.

On n'attend plus que Maman nous joigne. -- Lit.: We are not waiting for more than mom to join us. Grammatically, this is just a normal negation and not a case of ne..que but it does carry the meaning of "only".
