practice in listening and reading

Where can I find longer texts - both written and oral - for practicing my 'continuous' comprehension with cohesive text? Thanks!

Bonjour Lance,
Have you done all of the ones here on Progress with Lawless French?
First a caveat, I do not typically recommend other sites other than this one but I do understand your need as I assume you are seeking more advanced texts, oral and written, that the ones you have found here, so here are three, all from TV5Monde:
http://parlons-francais.tv5monde.com/webdocumentaires-pour-apprendre-le-francais/Ateliers-de-francais/p-89-lg0-Tous-les-ateliers.htm
http://apprendre.tv5monde.com/
http://parlons-francais.tv5monde.com/webdocumentaires-pour-apprendre-le-francais/p-1-lg0-Accueil.htm

Each seems to go from A1 to B2, I guess that they feel that above B2, one can simply watch the TV program or listen to a radio transmission without the need of a transcript.

J'espère que ma réponse vous aidera.
Bonne chance dans vos études en français.

Many thanks, Ron, for your good answer.

I tried TV5Monde and they are really good - but hard for me!

I also got a very good response from kwiziq (Gareth) who said:

Yes, we have lots of reading and listening exercises in the blog. We'll be incorporating exercises in the library soon.

Hi, can you show me where the exercises are for French comprehension? I have found some clips to listen to but can not find the exercises, ie the questions to answer.

Thanks. I've done quite a few of the tv5 ones and they're pretty good.
