Si vous me croyez, aidez-moi.

When you say "Believe me," do you say, "vous me croyez" or "vous croyez en moi"?  Are these the same thing?

Believe me ! - «Croyez-moi !»

 ....you believe me . .  «...vous me croyez...»

... you believe in me ...  «...vous croyez en moi .. . »
