Hi Hemanshi,

If you had planned to get up (say) at 08:00 but overslept then "Je me suis réveillée en retard aujourd'hui"  because you would be late against your "schedule" for getting up.

 

Otherwise "Je me suis réveillée tard aujourd'hui"  you just got up late.
