Very confusing lesson

I've read the comments and know that this lesson is being reviewed. It can't come soon enough. It really is poorly written, and I'm just not going to test on it until it's edited, changed or whatever. Will try to learn the topic via some other means.

I agree. I just came back to this lesson after a time, thinking I had improved my understanding, and it just confused me all over again!

One of the big problems I see is that the translations seem to assume the word "expect" has a negative bias in English, but it doesn't. You can expect good things, bad things, and neutral things. But the text uses "expect" in a way that we're supposed to understand as negative, but that just isn't coming through. So it really muddies the teaching.

Maybe instead of single stand-alone sentences, the writers can add context to help us understand the correct tone of the verb in each situation.
