Hi Jennifer, I understand your frustration. A lot of French speakers just rush through their sentences on breakneck speed. They really do speak that fast, even in real life. Not all but sufficiently many. The good news is that you'll get used to it. Just listen a lot to spoken French.

C'est vrai. Ecoutez beaucoup de francais. Le Francais disent le meme chose des americains.
