What's the difference between 'ceux' and 'lequel' ?

It is my understand that both of them mean 'the one'

A check of wordreference or other online dictionary is helpful. Ceux is plural of celui, masculine - those/the ones; lequel is ‘which (one)/who/whom’, in the masculine singular.
