- Since I was 5, I've been watching awards ceremonies! My parents used to watch the Oscars and the Césars every year, and for the occasion, they would invite their friends over. Together, they would exchange their predictions, and everyone would cheer or boo the winners while eating canapés and (while) drinking cheap champagne! - What incredible memories! In my house, I was the only one who loved cinema. I had subscriptions to all the cinema magazines, like Première and CinéLive, so I kept myself informed of the nominated films and artists, until the day of the ceremony when I would go and sleep over at my friend Laure's house because her parents had Canal Plus which had the broadcasting rights to these ceremonies. - My favourite part has always been the hosts' opening sketches. - Me too! I grew up watching Billy Crystal's hilarious parodies and Antoine De Caunes's witty punchlines.
