Et… vous n'avez pas une petite place supplémentaire pour moi ?

My questions is why the correct answer is "une petite place..." instead of "de petite place" since it's after a negation.

-> The use of 'une' with the negation is due to the adjective 'petite'

Vous n'avez pas de place supplémentaire pour moi ? = you don't have any extra space for me?

Vous n'avez pas de place pour moi ? = you haven't got any space for me?
