Bouillant versus ebouillion

My French-trained boss says ebouillon means boiling. How does that differ from bouillant or are they equivalent?

Susan,

you should ask your boss to clarify, especially ‘ ebouillon ‘ or ‘ ebouillion ‘. As far as I know, that word doesn’t exist in French. ( Neither do ébouillion or èbouillon )

This question doesn’t seem related to anything from this site though ?
