Can we say mes pieds se blessent facilement instead of j’ai facilement mal aux pieds?

Hi Manpreet Kaur, 

As Chris says, it does sound odd in French.

Anyhow if you say -

Je me suis blessé le pied = I hurt my foot

it means quite a serious injury rather than just having foot ache.

J'ai mal aux pieds = my feet hurt/ my feet ache

I think this would sound like the feet themselves would engage in some kind of action of hurting themselves. Almost like self-mutilation.
