Ce n'est vraiment pas juste !

Ce n'est vraiment pas juste !

Does “ Ce n'est vraiment pas juste !” translate to “It’s not really fair!” or “It’s really not fair!”? In English the latter has a much stronger sense of injustice associated with it.
