What does "Cette cuisine est haute" mean? Thanks.

Bonjour Johnny, Literally, it means "this cuisine is 'haute' (as in the phrase "haute cuisine")" but no one would ever say that - they'd use the phrase like this: C'est de la haute cuisine - It's haute cuisine, which indicates food with a complicated, gourmet preparation and presentation.

Ah, so the sentence basically says "this food is high-end."

Yes, though most people say "haute cuisine" in English.
