B2 level is  near native speaker level. 
This recording is fairly quick as expected at this level, but not as fast as some native speakers talk normally. 
Even for people at B2 level, 100% comprehension is not expected as the exercises at all levels should take you a bit beyond what you are already capable of.
Your profile indicates A1 - if this is correct, it would be expected that a B2 level exercise would be quite a significant stretch.

Bonjour Adele,
Thank you for your comment! We listened to the exercise and feel it is a bit fast for our current B2 level. So, we're going to record it at a slightly lower speed.
However, Maarten is correct that it is best to focus on dictation exercises close to your current CEFR level (i.e. A1-A2 maybe B1 to challenge yourself).
