for which the answer is
“Deuxièmement, exprimez vos plus profonds sentiments.”
Should this be “Deuxième”. Same point for Troisièmement & Quatrièmement.

Bonjour Brian,
Here, "Second" means "secondly" (and is an adverb rather than a ordinal number) - which in French is translated with "deuxièment" (the same is valid, for "third / fourth" etc).
