What's the difference between Il s'habille and ils s'habillent when it comes to pronunciation? They sound identical

Yes, they do sound identical, I'm afraid. The only way to distinguish them is to pay attention to the context when being spoken:

- Qu'est-ce fait Noa ? - Il s'habille. = - What is Noa doing? - He's getting dressed.
- Où sont les enfants ? - Ils s'habillent dans le vestiaire. = - Where are the kids? - They are getting dressed in the changing room.
