DISH FUMÉ
This question relates to:French vocab and grammar list "Restaurant vocabulary in French (seasoning adjectives)"
Asked 3 years ago
Maybe not, but the dish with “saumon fumé” I ate last night was delicious. Fumé here is the past participle as adjective. Salé, épicé and grillé also are on the list, in the same form.
