doubt on "je l'ai faite"

Question

I have a doubt on "je l'ai faite" and "tu l'as faite" in the above conversation.... shouldn't it be "je l'ai fait" and "tu l'as fait"....i suppose it is passé composé?

Rose, 
the transcript is correct. The 2 speakers, mother and daughter, respectively say  ‘ Je l’ai faite… ‘ and ‘ … soit tu l’as faite … ‘. It is uncommon for native speakers to make agreement errors, and they haven’t here.
Agreement in both cases noted in your question is with the direct object   “ l’ “  ( la/votre tourte previously mentioned ) because it precedes the verb conjugated with avoir. It is passé composé as you note.
