Equal or not?

In this lesson you teach both forms are correct but in the exercise you mark s'asseyent as incorrect. Why?

Hi Vicky,

I have checked and the only examples with the third person plural form of s'asseoir are

Translate -

"They are sitting down now "

and

"The children sit down at their desk"

and both forms s'asseyent and s'assoient are given as correct,

so if one is not accepted please use the 'Report an issue' as it might be a technical glitch.

Hi Vicky,

On the face of it, I agree that both conjugations (s'assoient, s'asseyent) are correct and that the lesson shows both.

If you are referring to the exercise at the end of the lesson, then both are present in the second question and so should be acceptable  --  perhaps you need to flag this up as an error/problem using the button top left of the lesson page.
