Hi Drew,
The expression is -
être intéressé/e de faire = to be interested in doing something
There are lots of expressions using -
être + adjective + de + verb in the infinitive.
e.g.
Ma femme serait ravie de vous rencontrer à Paris= My wife would be delighted to meet you in Paris
