The model text uses "ont fait transféré"—should that not be "ont fait transférer"? (As another thing, I don't think "saisi" should be translated into English as "seized" in this context: more like "informed" or "apprised".)

Faire plus infinitive
Bonjour Adrian,
Thank you for your feedback! We agree with your comments. Both expressions have now been amended with "ont fait transféré transférer" and a hint to explain "saisir" = "to refer the matter to".
I hope this is helpful.
Bonne journée !
Hi Adrian,
I'm inclined to agree with you.
1) I would expect the causative faire construction to follow the form of faire plus infinitive as you suggest.
2) The context suggests to me that a verb like "harceler" might be more appropriate to express badgering or pestering the authorities to take action.
If you want to bring your points to the attention of the team for remedial action, perhaps best to file an error report to the help desk.
Otherwise hope that Cécile will notice and comment accordingly.
Bonne journée
Jim
