Bonjour Josian,
This is an interesting question which I had to look up as these things have changed over time.
When I was young and living in France I would have heard 'doctoresse' for a female doctor which is still used apparently but considered a bit old-fashioned.
The term 'docteure' is sometimes used in France nowadays but is mainly used in French-speaking countries like Canada and Switzerland.
In France, you will hear 'Madame le docteur' or simply use the masculine 'docteur'.
Hope this helps!
