Chris and Maarten are both correct: there will be no -s if the subject is the singular formal "vous" and there will be an -s / -es if the subject is the plural "vous".
If the question was the multiple choice version, the only possible correct option is "vous vous êtes caché". If you were expected to write the answer, the different answers given above (with an -s / -es and without) should be accepted.

That would depend on whether vous was used as the formal version of 2nd person singular (no -s) or second person plural (with -s).
Addressing one person formally: vous vous êtes caché...
Addressing a mixed gender group: vous vous êtes cachés...
Adressing an all female group: vous vous êtes cachées...
It helps to include the full question and expected answer - was there a hint that this was formal, singular vous, rather than plural vous, in which case "caché" would be in agreement in singular form also. For specific questions on quiz answers it is better to raise them through 'report' button, as it can be directly linked to assess if there is an error.
