how many types of questions are used with names when there are ou,quand at the begining of the question?

quand est-ce que pierre est allè au cinema?
quand pierre est-il allè au cinema?
quand est pierre allè au cinema ( I know this one isn't used when there aren't any of quand and ou at the beginning of the sentence)

are the all of them correct?

As you rightly say your first two sentences are correct apart from a couple of accents mistakes ( allé - cinéma) but the third one is not .
The only other way you could say the same thing using a statement and inflection of the voice at the end would be -
Pierre est allé au cinéma quand ? 
but it is very informal and only used in everyday speech.

However, I think the third form would have been acceptable if it had been in the present tense.Quand va Pierre au cinéma?I think it's the use of a compound tense that makes it unacceptable.

Having double-checked in France -
Quand va Pierre au cinéma? 
is incorrect.

I think I understand now. The problem must be the "au cinéma" after the verb. But it should be possible to ask "Quand va Pierre?", and maybe even "Quand est allé Pierre?".

You can also say "Quand part le train pour Paris?" - but perhaps that's because it's understood as a single thing: "the Paris train".
