You can say 'y compris' or 'notamment'.
For example, "Everyone ate some cake at the party, including the adults" would be "Tout le monde ont mangé du gâteau à la fête, y compris les adultes".

How to say, including, please?
I did not save the lesson in my notebook, & I've forgotten how to say 'including'. Could someone please tell me this? Cheryl
