Hi Deleted,

If I have understood your query ( I can't find the actual Kwiz question),  you can say both -

Une histoire très intéressante 

or 

Une très intéressante histoire 

because of the 'très'

If it was the adjective intéressant/e on its own it would be after the noun.

C'est un homme intéressant 

C'est une personne intéressante

I did a test where the following sentence was right: une histoire très intéressante. I don't understand why. Why not: une très intéressante histoire, because the 'trés' is an exception. Thank you for your reply!
