À + qui, auquel, à laquelle = to whom, what, which (relative pronouns) -

Hi Leslee,

In this sentence the verb  is 'ne comprendre rien à quelquechose' so it would become "Ce problème, (à + lequel=) auquel je ne comprends rien , m'énerve.
