Unless he wants one rather than (say) two billion euros, an English speaker would say "... a billion euros."(If I should use the correction board, please tell me where to find it!)

For any questions regarding language or culture, this forum is the place.
Aurélie tells me that to find your correction board this is the way you do it: 
"if a user wants to consult his correction board, he needs to go in his Dashboard, then scroll down to Kwiz History, and click the test he saw this question in, then he'll see the "Report issue" button next to each question "
She also says :
" I made the changes he suggested to "one/a billion euros" question  but yes, this falls under the "Report issue" type of questions"
