Greetings! Just a comment on the content of the article: Those who are ethically opposed to eating foie gras, if they are consistent in the application of those ethics, will probably also be ethically opposed to killing and eating saumon! ;-)

Hi Lorie,
I personally don’t think that salmon comes under the same category in animal welfare as do the geese and ducks which are force fed to obtain foie gras. I don’t eat ‘foie gras’ for that very reason but eat salmon in all its forms. In the end it is a case of reconciliation between what you eat and your conscience.
