a) It depends if it is one person ( you say vous to) you are talking to in which case it would be -
Vous vous êtes rasé ...
or
b) you are addressing several people
Vous vous êtes rasés ...

Can I ask why there is no "s" after brossé if it is plural? I thought it should be Nous nous sommes brossés les cheveux.
