I think "deuxième" is in the adjective list that can be placed before the noun.
But in the answer told me the below phrase is incorrect. Can you tell me why?
ma maison deuxième
Indeed, 'deuxième' is part of the list of numerical adjectives placed before a noun. You wouldn't say 'ma maison deuxième' but you would say 'ma deuxième maison'.
I did check the question in the quiz and it is about finding the phrases where the adjectives are placed correctly.
I hope this is helpful.
I just want to stick up for the use of seconde instead of deuxième, particularly if there are only two objects to choose from: la première, la seconde.
But "ma maison secondaire" would be correct from the point of view of adjective position?
Ma maison secondaire = my holiday home (only used for holidaying)
Ma seconde maison / ma deuxième maison = my second home (you own 2 homes)
I hope this is helpful!
Bonne journée !
