I fear I may be forever confused by your explanations of manquer whatever. I'm in favor of the spaced repetitions method but I think your system puts too much conflicting information in at one time. I need to let manquer fade from my memory and then try another approach. Any suggestions?
Hi Cynthia - I've responded to your question via email just now. Please check your inbox - thanks!
I don't think there is a way to exclude a topic from quizzes. You can put together a notebook with the questions you do want to practice, though. The other way round is not possible. Why not simply skip those questions? You will incur a bad grade on them, but who cares?
I keep making up statements about me/others missing me/others then saying them out loud (using the pronoun before and after the verb). I had to think about it to start with but after a while it just clicked. Also, I stopped translating it in my head as "I miss him" and started thinking about it like "I am missing to him". That seemed to help.
